Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to return your item, it must be in the same condition it was when you received it, meaning it must be in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the product you have and make a separate purchase for the new product once the return is accepted.

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason and without giving any reason within 14 days. As stated above, your product must be in the same condition as when it was received, with labels and in the original packaging.

Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
